El martes le instalaron el GPS a mi vehículo, todo fue muy bien, incluso la plataforma en la PC y la app de celular funcionaba perfecto, lo estuve monitoreando y se movía correctamente y tanto en la app como en la PC, me lo ubicaba en el lugar donde estaba físicamente; pero ya en la noche de ese mismo día, el vehículo aparece en color gris y en el mismo lugar, fue a partir de las 8pm y dice desconectado ... Afortunadamente funciona correctamente por medio de mensajes de texto ... Pero entonces, qué se puede hacer para corregirlo ??? Gracias

Yes, one account can bind with many trackers. But please note that one tracker can only be bound with one account at the same time

The default is "track" (positioning mode). When dialing the device, positioning information will be response Command: listen+password, switch to listening mode, dial the device, and it will enter the call state. Command: tracker+password, return to positioning mode.

Under normal circumstances, the device can automatically select the APN, username and password without setting it. If the device is still offline after 3 minutes of binding, please set the APN, username, and password in Bluetooth or SMS according to 11.17&18 of the user manual.

Each tracker can only be bound to one account. Have you bound another account before?

just send sms :sms123456 then tracker will enter sms mode, not gprs mode
