Great interview! If I can offer one way to improve your interviewing process: try to really listen to your guest and ask follow-up questions and weave in your prepared questions when there is a nice bridge. Currently, it has a bit of an interrogation feeling rather than a nice flowing conversation. You can look at the bigger podcasts to see how they do it, something like How i Built This is quite similar to yours (but not gaming-related) and does this well
