A cool detail that you could feature is in the House Flipper game. Buy the house that's "Hiding a secret" go to the basement destroy a couple walls and you'll find a very valuable painting of Starry Night hidden away. Cool little find i discovered while playing and i couldn't bring myself to sell the painting as Van Gough is one of my favorite artists

Egg, In House Flipped there's 2 Easter Eggs that you missed. 1. There is one house you can buy that's called the haunted house or something and it has inside what you would expect a ghost, you can find a gnome inside that turns evil once you I believe walk around a little, flip the light on and off over and over again, or trying to pick it up, and a rocking chair that moves by itself I believe in the basement. 2. You can also buy a house that is called A house with a secret in it and the way to see it is by going into the basement and have you sledgehammer out, and continuously hit the walls until it one side breaks and inside is a couch and a famous painting.

In Fallout 76, there’s a reference to Skyrim, that can be found between Vault 94 and Federal Disposal Field HZ-21, on Route 103. The reference is a wagon with 4 people inside, with 1 guy on a tractor driving it, referencing the now infamous opening scene.

In Stranded Deep, there is a volley ball that is named Wollie. It is found randomly on one of the islands that the game generates. An obvious nod to Cast Away. The game also lists items in the inventory so an axe or hoe is listed as a tool. Well Wollie is listed as “Awesome.”

You can also find the myers house in house flipper. There is a curse that makes it always night and you can see michael myers mask across the street. I believe there is a woman in the upstairs and that she is the only npc in the game. Also, you can lift the curse by going into the back garden and burying a coffin.

The Titanic one always bugs me a bit, it's always depicted as a door, in the F76 one it has a handle. It wasn't a door Rose was on, it was ornate wood panelling. If you've watched the film you'd recognise it as being the same panelling on the staircase Rose meets Jack again in the dream/death scene. It's a small detail, but small details done wrong so often grate on me.

I have found a Castaway Easter egg in generation zero. Go to the Archipelago region at the Orsnabben lookout point. From there, go southwest to the tip the peninsula and you will find a camp. Look for the tallest rock sculpture and there will be a ball with a bloody hand mark on it. I found Wilson.
