I still think i deserve more than 26 place After looking at it I didn't have that many fails If you guys counted the wallop clip as a fail it was actully not that was all planned out I thought I told you I put a lot of effort in my entry And I didn't go that much over the time limit either So either you guys were just overly strict about the rules or something wasn't calculated correctly Again I dont mean to be so rude but I thing something is wrong I used tricks my theme in cuphead was very clear and i-i don't even know Tj domino had more fails than my entry I know his was bigger and better But if you where judging on theme more than fails or time limit than I would have been In like the top 15 So next time if you are hosting a contest like this Focus judging more on theme and how much effort they put in more than time limit and fails Cause I'm surprised tj domino didn't make it in the top 10 I hope this helped sorry if I was harsh on you guys i enjoyed this contest and I hope to enter in again soon God bless you guys

Mr.J 01 first off, I want to apologize about any confusion to you about the judging. Another reason that you placed lower is that a lot of your theme representation was either pieces of paper with something written on it, or just dominoes laid on the floor spelling something out. I can still tell you put some effort into your entry, but something to make it better would be having something like a field of a picture or word, or a domino line that topples that spells out a word. This connects the idea of the theme and the dominoes much better. Also, the entries that got 18-28 were a lot closer, and were a lot harder to judge, so it was really tough to choose places. One of the reasons we hosted this contest was to help builders who don’t theme videos very much, get better at themeing their videos. It’s amazing at what kinds of videos builders can make when adding themes to their ideas. I hope this contest helped you improve in your ability to theme,and I hope you can use the points I mentioned above to help your themed videos get even better! There’s always room for improvement, whether it be for a builder that’s just starting out, or a builder like us that’s been building for years. I can think of a number of things right now that I can improve on😂. I hope you understand and can take these points into consideration and hopefully this clears up the confusion.

Well here's why it was paper and dominoes layed out on the floor Instead on a field So I was spending half my day doing the project And if I spelled a word on a field out of dominoes I woulnt be able to read it because my hands are not even steady at all plus I wanted to get it done in just one day so I could just get it out of the way so did you think I even had time to make a field and thus even if it was out of paper Or the plushy i used Also cubix rubegoldberg creations Had the mario toys and I used the plush toy and the paper Even if it was out of paper and I had the bosses names in the game and the gun i used with my hand That explains the game a lot But the fails got me down for the most part but even if I used paper and dominoes on the floor to spell out the word That still explains the game alot I'm just saying that the theme is more important than anything I'm not saying that you did bad or anything you did good at this and this was a great contest I want to do this again someday But next time Focus on judging theme more than fails cause if they edit out the fails then it's not important What is important is if they followed the rules or not Not just fails I know I broke the time limit But if they broke the time limit a bit like 3-4 seconds for example Let's just say that um elecktrokill hosted a contest and he says if you over the time limit you will be docked one point And just say I hosted another contest and I said Your entry must be 5:00 If you have an entry is 5:01 You will be disqualified No one's gonna enter mine cause of a strict rule So if time limit is that important to you then your not gonna get so many people that are going to enter That's why it's all about how much work they put in how much and if they followed the rules not about the fails and time limit Although time limt was a rule But still there was a theme and Thatcher was video games So the theme is more important

Mr.J 01 I think you should be in 24th, but I guess going over the time limit is a violation of the contest rules. That is not to say your entry was good.. please tell me: how is having a domino line by a piece of paper with a word on it or dominoes that spell out a word that don't actually fall good theming?? (Btw I am not just talking about your entry at all, this was done in many other's entries as well.) It isn't implementing the theme into the setup whatsoever. It's just building a completely unrelated domino project and then sticking in a word as if it might as well be an afterthought. A good theme should look like it was actually built with the intention of conveying that theme. To say that your entry was well-themed is an overstatement, once again, this is not only directed at you so don't feel targeted. But I do have some things to say about your entry; please avoid using human interference unless it is really clever. Having a domino line stop as a "signal" for you to hit something is unacceptable. It completely defeats the purpose of dominoes, that everything is connected together as one setup. Also your entry was very unprofessionally built, it is messy and you mindlessly mix your colours. If you want to continue doing dominoes you have to strive to improve, you've been building for longer than I have and you are older than me, yet you're still a beginner

Twig well the colors I used came in mixed colors also I spent half my day doing the entry and I had to leave to go to some place (band. goes till 9:00 @ night) and I had to get the project down in one day so if it weren't for that stink-in elective I had that wastes a lot of my time I could have been a pro at dominoes. so would I even have time to make big projects plus I want DP5 to make another contest but it has been so long since he last responded plus I have a plan that raise the bar on my channel so I can get rolling And thus you build projects really close together I'm worried of fails when I do that but the good thing about my channel is that I am putting kinetic art into dominoes so that's one way of improving. I just need more tongue depressors I accidentally bought the wrong kind of sticks once and it was a mess I organized my colors because Domino Person 5 couldn't stop saying that so then i was like (sigh) I'll do it and I have a new floor in my house so obviously I can build bigger projects Also I can't build projects that are too big because It's the walk way and my parents are very concerned about the new area You know we domino artists have parents and whatever they say goes My parents say I can build big projects just not too big although I don't really have that kind of patience to build extreme projects Also If I sit down and build for too long my back gets really sore (don't ask why) And I get out of school really late 3:16 PM So I don't anyone saying that I'm terrible at dominoes because I really am trying to improve you know I got a new floor I put in a new task where I'm putting kinetic art into dominoes (BRING TIM FORT BACK FROM THE DEAD) I am building new stuff. making new tricks. putting new songs that are not used very often I'm trying everything i can to make domino great again Also I feel left out of the domino community I'm not included in other KZbin videos not in domino screen-link domino builders on KZbin that's the reason why I joined KZbin is for my channel name to be in those videos yet it's still not happening, but I'm not giving up on this domino community My channel is going to explode one of these days It's getting a good rate in contests that always gets me plus I'm good at making videos but my building skills need improvement
