But what is the benifit to upgrade the firmware. I have one problem with my Icon camera, is that the date is always displaed on the videos, whene I adjust the date or set it to not be displayed after turning off the camera and switch it on the date come again and displayed, the problem it gos automaticaly to year 2015. so all my videos are recorded on 2015 . Does the upgrade correct that?

@@ChinaGadgetsReviews Yes, Its an Eken H9 that I bought 3 years ago for $60 From AliExpress. At that time 5000 people have already bought It and All reviews were positive. I used It while riding a bike for 2 year. Since I stopped riding there is no use for ait right now. So I decided To use It as a dash cam. I heard that cameras made for that specific task record Like 10 15 minutes videos Until the storage is over and then It starts deleting the oldest one and again and again. However I still don't know why It doesn't let me choose how long I want the videos to be.

i had this issue too. pop the sd card out and try restarting. then when you're in, put the sd card in. works for me. it sucks though
