I feel for the driver, been in the same situation, got to coocky with the weights, and tricked the computer and ended up the same way, standing on two legs. That was the last time i used the key or fooled the computer, the scare of someone being hurt and the shame was enought for to never do it again. I will never use the key again, not even if someone holds a gun to my head. I just blank refuse, if its to heavy then either the crane is to small or its in the wrong place ands needs to be moved. PS: Still operating cranes today, but now its 100% keyless operations.

i have been on the tipping point, but when i use the key its never high of the ground, because the margine of error is waaay to small, and like u say, if we need to use the key, either the operator didnt rig close enough or the told weight was to high :)

Misschien een domme vraag, maar waarom is kraan 2 vastgemaakt aan de stempels voor? De kraan 1 dreigde naar de andere kant te vallen. Je zou eerder zeggen gewicht aan de voorkant van kraan 1 te plaatsen

Waarschijnlijk om te voorkomen dat ie ineens voorover zou vallen als het gewicht van de haak wordt gehaald

I don't think it costs that much. People place these homes on their property to house their parents when they can't live alone anymore. Retirement homes, service flats, etc are often too expensive so this might be a cheaper option.

Nothing was broken,no-one got injured.First crane(in driveway)could have tipped over.It didn't.The crane company,alone would have to pay a specialist recovery team.They didn't.

Als je een sleutel omdraait in de cabine, dan gaat de computer uit en kan je gewoon doorgaan, en hem dus ook omtrekken.
