A good speech. However, to have it done, there are several steps necessary... that noone yet seems to even speaking about. 1. Eradicating and overcoming escapism tendencies. Which are seen often in our Sangas. Though a trained eye is necessary to see this fact. 2. Which, in turn, requires some organized efforts for psychological healing. Because many devotees have unresolved, "undigested" painful samskāras from their past. Which, in turn, are often the main reason of avoiding to think about painful topics. Hence escapism, under the banner of 'Just chant Hare Krishna and ve happy'... 3. Leaders need to get a basic education of main tenets of human psychology. Including theory of crises, and how emotional traumas occur and are healed. 4. Emphatic connection is both a must, and something to be gained by practicing. Theoretical understanding will not suffice. There may be more to that, but these are some points I see after having education and some practice in the field of modern psychotherapy.
