First of all, they brought in the Video Recordings Act in 1984, pulled horror films off shelves, released only certified "cut" films of anything "too corrupting", then they still complain? I myself have an extensive horror film collection now, and I as an adult will see any damn film I want! Luckily times have changed now for the better now with most movies on the dpp list being passed Uncut.

A heavily cut Eaten alive on the shelf - still cut in the UK to this day.

I remember the hysteria. Society doesn't change. And presented by "I'm dying from CoViD" Jeremy Vine, who seems quite good at fuelling hysteria.
