Doesn't add up. How HARD was the stop that he incurred injuries so bad he needed surgery and can be facing paralysis? Come on! Definite police brutality. I wouldn't be surprised if they said the accident "interfered" w/the body cam and the video stopped recording or some ludicrous excuse. Some of these cops are a MESS!!
