Watching this again.... I think the 80s and early 90s were the best years ever to be a kid.

I completely agree with you. I never watched Video Power myself when it first aired, but I did watch Starcade back in the 80s. We had the best cartoons, the best video games... we just had the best entertainment period.

I used to watch this show every Sunday morning. The episode I remember the most is the one with Double Dragon III which I haven't found yet on KZbin. The WrestleMania II question was wrong though because Ultimate Warrior wasn't in WM2. His first WM was WM4. Unless they mean the game, WrestleMania Challenge, as WrestleMania II since it was the 2nd of the NES WWF games with WrestleMania in its name.
@mcbailey95 жыл бұрын
I was thinking the same exact thing. He was actually one of the few guys with music at WM IV. He was only at WM IV-WM VII until Vince fired him after Summerslam 91. He came to Hogan’s aid at WM VIII. He beat Triple H in a squash match at WM XII. They used to show this on weekdays here in Virginia on WGN.

26:53 Why do they always say "Eastpak full of prizes"? Why don't they ever say what those prizes are? Or do they reveal it in an episode I just haven't seen yet?
@Sinn0100 Жыл бұрын
I always wanted to go on this show. Not for the prizes (too much Nintendo) but just to stump him with a question. I had some truly difficult questions lined up some bordering on pure malevolence. Like....how many cabins are in Friday The 13th? How do you activate this cheat or that? Can minus world in Super Mario Brothers be achieved on an Nes World Championship Cart Gold/Gray (yes, it can)? Addendum- I was a fan of both Sega and Nintendo. I started gaming back in 1986 with the Nes and Master System. I got my Genesis in '89 and my Snes in '91. I always wanted a bigger spread of games and they never covered Neo Geo AES on this show either.
