Argh, the purple forearms. Mold looks enticing, but it's like they couldn't decide and molded a few parts differently. I guess I'll wait to see if they do a repaint.

Hmmmmm......magnets for weapon storage....more companies should do that. makes it easier to store weapons without complicated pegs, or hiding spots.

Not a fan of the shoulder nubs, but otherwise this is exactly what I've been hoping to see from a third party, a retool where they tweak and improve everything from what they learned in the original. Don't mind the color work, *(real bots wear pink)*, but I do wish they put a spot of paint in his "spark chamber"

Cool new intro! I agree, if they are going with a semi-IDW style, they should've gone with purple instead of lavender. ...but yeah...the catch phrase needs some working, I'd suggest something with "pretty neat", it's one of the phrases I started using a lot due to your videos :P

It's nice to see that at least some third party companies try to fix their molds, unlike Hasbro. Maybe they are listeing to some feedback? Anyway, my only real complaint here is the same with the Dicamus video: that you don't show the previous versions beside the new figure. I know, maybe you've sold it, or it was just a testshot/review sample that you had to give back, but it would be still good to see the changes with my own eyes.

yea, Tried doing the Horn swap on my Boreas and it snapped off, now I've got 2 head with the left horn missing.

Does the comic take place in their own " Reformatted Universe" with their unique versions of the characters?

Dávid Pap Yep. IDW Publishing's version of Transformers is much different. Galvatron for example is a seperate character and not an upgrade of Megatron. The Decepticons started out as freedom fighters but later turned conquorers. Those are the only things that I could tell as examples on how different IDW Transformers comics are from past incarnations.

Dávid Pap This is the 3rd Party MMC's take on IDW Cyclonus. Hence the name of this figure Boreas. 3rd party companies don't want any trouble from hasbro. However, I can tell this Figure's design is from the IDW Tranformers Comics More Than Meets The Eye. The broken horn was from his fight with Whirl. I made a video of his fight with Whirl.

MMC shouldn't have panel-lined, those lines were already distracting before the panel-lining, panel-lining just made it worse. :( Lets hope MMC doesn't go overboard with Hot Rod's coloring.

Rugalheid Bernstein This Cyclonus is the IDW Comic version and he's a seperate character. So he's neither Bombshell or Skywarp. He's not even a Decepticon or an Autobot.
