After talking to RFK about his passion issue, Vaccines, Trump says "I would love you to do stuff, and I think it would be so good for you because we're gonna win." This seems to imply (to many politically savvy people) that Trump is interested in offering RFK a position in his cabinet or agencies (Prolly Surgeon General or FDA Head as there RFK can get things done regarding vaccines). It's likely that to earn this spot RFK would need to back out of the campaign and endorse trump. Doing this would likely bring a ton of his voters to Trump because RFK's voter share is mostly drawn from conservatives. I don't think anything in the call is illegal it's just a bad look for RFK. 1) He has been hounded by accusations that he was initially only running as a spoiler candidate against Joe Biden. Don't forget he was initially running as a Democrat. After that failed and he went independent it became clear he ended up being a spoiler for Trump. This heavily reinforces that narrative. 2) A private phone call was leaked, prolly illegally, by his son. That means his kid thought this vid was worth posting and maybe getting fined for. So we should be very interested in it's contents. 3) If you believe, as I do, that Trump and his movement are dangerous for Democracy, this call looks to showcase Trump trying to remove someone who was hurting him in the race. This means Trump could have a higher chance of winning which is scary. That's my 2 cents.
