If You are talking about health care, he built lots of primary health care in lagos, go to Oworonshoki, bariga, alimosho, obalende to mention few. Education, he rehabilitated all the states primary and secondary schools in lagos and even paid for their senior WAEC for those who could not afford to buy the form. Creating employment for the youths in lagos and not only indigens of lagos state alone..both the yorubas and igbos and hausas are working under lagos State governments which is very rare compare to the southeast governors. To confirm, go to lagos State inland revenue, lastma, kai, even the agberos in lagos has some igbos among them unless you don't live in lagos or you are been biase despite the fact of not receiving federal allocation. In terms of roads in lagos... if you know jamb office in lagos during the military era, from Osborne to falomo Bridge, he did it and he used Julius berger, go to adeniji Road to Martins to oluwole, he did it with no allocation from federal.
