We live in a 50 by 60 barndominium I just love it on 19 acre in Tennessee, we wouldn’t live in a regular home again. We design it and do all the work are self.

This video hit my recommendation list so was curious so I watched it. Very nice property. I never seen a home like this before. You mentioned many times about the heating options but nothing about the cooling/AC system. With a property like that if the home has a generator as well in case a severe storm knocks out their power. Also the price of the home wasn't mentioned as well. All things that would be great mentions to sell the home. Other than that. Great presentation overall. Learned some things. Camera person has very steady hands. Felt like the young lady was being followed by a drone it was so smooth. 360 photography y'all did a amazing job on this video. Thumbs up 👍🏿! Wish my video quality was this good on my KZbin channel.

Thank you so very much. Many times the price is not included in the video in case of a price reduction.

....This shelving is custom, Heavy Duty (at 7:38 into the video) and it wobbled/ moved with the lightest touch of the agent....

Beautiful home and great job presenting it. It be too big for me and not really fond of the open floor plan, I like the cozy feel of separate rooms. But I do know people like the open floor plan.

Question, when your talking about how sturdy the shelving in the pantry is at the 7:35 mark. You grab the black pipe shelving rod, is it supposed to move like that?

Not at all. Doesn't go over almost any actual details about the property) building construction of the home(post and beam or steel framed) doesn't discuss windows. Are they single, double, triple glazed (assuming vinyl), single or double hung?. Sounds like she just makes stuff up as she goes from lack of knowledge. Not that I'm a pro..but you should Definitely take the time to learn details about a home you're selling, especially one of this magnitude. The exposed trusses were not a good choice. If you're going that route, scissors trusses would have(not sure if they can span that distance) or finish the ceiling to the bottom of the trusses. The speaker says it has "blown in spray foam". That's not a thing. I'm sure it will get sold but jeeeeepers, I would have rehearsed that pitch video beforehand.

She did a lovely job in her presentation, however the house has a BJ Wholesale warehouse feel, or those stagging areas at Walmart, kind of like living in a converted warehouse.

The cost to heat and cool unused spaces in a gorgeous home. I guess it’s for those who can afford it.

Divorce, death of spouse, kids decided to go to college, one person became disabled, didn't realize how much upkeep (mowing, cleaning etc) it would be...or just built it to sell and make $.

Come to think of it - there's also a great moneymaking reason why. A couple I knew a while back would choose an affluent neighborhood to build a house. It would still look like it fit in with the rest of the neighborhood, but it would have less square footage, maybe not quite as fancy, etc - it cost less for them to build and the popularity & "rich neighborhood vibe" often allowed them to sell it for more than what it would make elsewhere. Additionally, they'd finish off the inside and do the landscaping themselves. Really beautiful and definitely on par with the neighborhood by the time they finished. They definitely made money on their houses - and each time they sold, they'd put the $ back into the next house and do the same thing again until they built up enough profit that their last house was paid for.

Common today is the wife hypergamyed up with one of her Chad's or Tyrone's then they sue for divorce taking everything. Rinse and repeat. Marriage is a moneymaking business for females today.
