Ask the the management or 'whoever'. They own the legal Rights in this performance and for some reason they don't want it out there. That's clear. There's never been any 'negotiation'. None, tho we've spoken to a lot of decent people who wanted this to happen. The problem - and there does seem to be one - lies elsewhere. The disclaimer on the DVD extra is a 'mistruth', they've seen it all. Whoever they are. And a lot of good people have seen it, people who care, but at some point someone made a decision and a statement was made and a fib was printed. It's not 'our' gig folks. This never happened. Time will tell ~

@@ePaxB does the footage belong to more than one person? Surely whoever shot it belongs to them..(btw I'm assuming your the person who shot the footage?) I've been going mad for the last 8 years or so trying to figure out why whoever it is doesn't want it all out there! It's the only piece of its existence, plus it would make the fans so happy , would be great if it actually got released in time for the 30th anniversary! Hope you reply because I've always wondered the origins of the footage , who it belongs to ect. Many thanks for what you could do.

​@@ePaxB you can upload all of it, same as if an audience member recorded it on their mobile phone, you do not have to ask permission to record a concert. And put it on video sharing site . It's called copyright fair use.
