Dear Andrew and Video Copilot team, since yesterday, all of my videos that using your Pro Scores Music are flagged copyrighted by youtube.... I know it's not you guys, it's youtube, but please tell youtube to stop doing that because I bought your Pro Scores for stuffs for youtube, and now they're all flagged as copyright. For you guys youtuber that also using video copilot's pro scores music, check your video manager, youtube might flagged it as copyright too, where the license agreement is copyright- free.... It's so annoying.

Wow!! I found this by accident and it immediately solved my problem how to perfectly fly spaceships in swooping graceful motion. I could not get smooth turns using key frames and didn’t know you can use group null to control E3D models. What a huge difference. And the glow function solved my afterburner issue. Thank you so much! You’re a life saver!

Somethoughts: Are the textures of high enough quality, that you could say zoom into the pilots window? Maybe you can demo how we could integrate live video clip within a 3D comp. A cool shot would be to pull into the cockpit window to a real video clip .

Hi I'm having problems to integrate lights in my scene. My parallel lights dosn't affect my airplane. I mean, I can't see any reflection of the lights I have created in my airplane's body so I can't create the hilights Andrew puts on the side of his airplane. Also if I want to see the airplaine in my comp I have to create an ambient light otherwise it appears all in black. Is that normal? Could any one help me to create the hilights? Thanks!!

i m only gettin one problem when i m importing two models in to the scene and placed them side by side its doent showing any refections n shadows on on objects,if there are shadows and reflections option in element 3d it would be great

My Jet Pack doesn't have materials when loading them on Element. They all white materials for windows, body etc. Why and how come? How can I fix this?

I'm trying to finish up a project, but I'm having trouble with Element 3D. Everything works fine except I can't get any custom layers/textures to work. No matter what technique I use to assign a custom layer or texture to a piece of the model the textures show up in the Assign Texture window, but won't show up in the Scene Setup Window or in After Effects. I can assign a comp as a custom layer or select an image and neither technique works. I've updated AE, Element and the drivers for my card. I was in contact with Video Copilot last week and sent them my project files and model, but I haven't heard back from them since Friday and the client really wants this project done asap. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Andrew, I'm a big fan before and foremost. I'm looking forward to make my own music video and in one of the scenes i would like to be on a private helicopter getting in, out and flying on it. Someone please help me.... When I create the parallel light, it doesnt effect the plane. Ive tried tweaking everything, including the lighting options in the E3D settings as well as comp....i still cant get it though.

this is cgi, it stands for Computer Generated Images. They use a more advanced software or actually film the aircraft

I NEED HELP! Please if someone can support me, having the model already in the composition I add the lights, but these lights do NOT affect the model, ie I do not notice the lighting I added, (spot light, parallel, cone light or Directional) are not noticeable in the 3D model. 2KB of memory is way to little, you should allocate at least 2GB.
