John Mortimer believes the fairest thing is to be trialed by British court and jury. Unlike the opposite of Australian Federal court,.when they don't have a jury, only judgement like on this occasion,. The Ballance of probability, or convince of the court.and if one is ask the judge to to look in to the Matter .Curia Advisari Vult.the courts reply might even be some what sarcastic,such as saying that's a Latin word isn't,.and move on. and one is ignored..If one ask the court whether it is a court of equity .One may be told Where not here to discuss the Matter of equity.and one might be threatened with issue of contempt if one was to pursue the the inquire. And unfortunately ,I can support this statement from pusonal experience.
