base commando of GDI is the best. can kill infantry in no time and blows up whole base if controlled well and goes undetected. all others are based on them. and then comes Red alert 2 tanya kinda overpowered. classic versions are pretty good later games nah not that good

This is not correct, other "commandos" are not based on GDI one. Please pay attention to this video.
