Who agreed the cost of it .....who signed off on this It's a complete waste of taxpayers money when we have to stand in the rain while waiting for buses. There is a lot talk about this after the fact. My though as a tax payer and voter, Is get the contract, locate the person who signed it and put him or her in jail. Pass a new motion "the misappropriate funds motion" no lawyers just straight to jail. They know it was corrupt. Some time inside may have them grow a conscience and implicate the others involved and put an end to this fraud.. (RTE, Children's Hospital Ukraine Pets.)
