Multiple videos captured a fireball falling in the sky above Colorado early Sunday morning, while dozens of others reported seeing the event themselves.

People this happens all the time. I've been walking 8 miles to and from work at night for about 15 years now. I've seen these bright flashes multiple times. Just get outside and off your phones and you'll see the AMAZING EARTH AND ALL IT'S BEAUTY.

Didn't meteors use to be reddish or like a star color!? Am I wrong in thinking these green meteors are just in the last couple years?? If these green ones are different, what is the reason there giving us for a change in color?

The colors are caused by metals and minerals in the meteor burning up in the atmosphere red ones had more lithium in them and the green ones have more copper

I was riding my bike back from Bowels Lake when I saw it! I've seen plenty of meteors/showers, but this was by far the most amazingly bright, slow, and long one I've ever seen 😁🤩😎👽 Sssooo friggin cool!!!! And it was definitely green....blueish......don't know where anyone got red from lol 0_o

It did not pass us it was here in our atmosphere and broke up before landing in the ground in pieces. You can see it's arc coming in and it's breakup as it got closer to the ground. Was not going by us it came to us and landed in parts.

Will be a man made object, either a small Satellite or part of one or some other human space junk, man made junk tends to be bright blue In the late 80s, I saw a satellite come down, back then they were as big as a bus.... and this one came down over my house in the country west of Brisbane Australia, and kept going north and over the horizon... later I found out it had splashed down into the Sea of Japan, but it was bright blue like that but as I said it kept going over the house and over the horizon

Traveling way too fast for that dude. Satellites travel at around 17.5K MPH. That object is clearly going more than double that speed.

@@joeldriver-sp2rg some pull 17,500mph, but for the most part satellites move around 7,000mph..... for this video, as I said, this would have to be either a small sat or space junk... most likely going to be space junk, and space junk can move at all types of speed and different types of orbits around earth and or around the earth/moon picking up speed, and they would have different angles of attack entering the atmosphere... ive seen blight green and blight blue junk entering the atmosphere just like this clip, asteroids tend to be yellowish/orange and about 90% of the larger asteroids vaporize within a quarter of a second

I saw this (or one very similar) last night from Kentucky! It was around 11 PM EST, if I remember right. It was mostly a bright white light, but had some red evident on it. It really confused me at first because I’m used to seeing some shooting stars where I live, but this one was so big and moved at a slower pace than shooting stars. I wasn’t sure what I was looking at at first. It was beautiful, I’ve never seen a meteor that close or noticeable before
