So cute. I watch this video honestly to try to sleep coz I don't want to get on meds for that. Also to relax my anxiety. Which has been pretty up there lately. I wish I was actually there sitting and watching the birds its so peaceful. No negativity no people just nature. Sometimes I cry watching this because I'm emotional and I just get lost in my head and remember things that make me sad though I don't want to remember them the thoughts always creep in.

I feel like it’s healing to the soul sitting outside and this is soothing to the mind resting and just letting my mind think it’s a lovely day and we’re just soaking it in.
