39:00 "Do we see things like that in the sky... quasars flying off of galaxies?" Arp thought so, and he was vilified for it; it would have been nice if you had mentioned him!

Very informational presentation. Thanks to everyone involved - it is nice that besides Books, Research papers, Magazines...we have these presentations.

1:40 - Well, except that it wasn't the war that killed Schwarzschild. It was a disease. Last time I checked disease didn't exempt pacifists. Most wars are nonetheless stupid, though. They all are, really, in an overall sense, though a case can be made that if someone's going to force you to fight then you sometimes have to. WWII is an example - Hitler had to be stopped. So that war wasn't stupid from the perspective of the Allies.

A little before the 17:00 mark, Avi mentions the LIGO program & LIGO/Virgo, the latter of which I haven't heard much, might not be running like LIGO yet, anyway, this talk was given in Nov. '15, : about 2-3 months before GW's were finally detected using the 2 LIGO interferometers (Hanford, WA & Livingston, LA); oops. This happens a lot in the area of science: a speaker mentions one particular ongoing project, looking for something or attempting something, etc. but, then, within a year (or more, depending...);; that's the progress of science and the good thing about it: no dogmas are allowed here; any that develop and get smashed eventually must be acknowledged by anyone who has any claim to wisdom and a serious interest in seeing science moved ahead, unlike the preacher-type who will hue & cry about "no, no, that's not what "god" did/said, etc"; ha ha ha...religion is dead. A loser's game!!

Know Name *Gravitational wave and its problems, explained* Lovely, beware of one hand clapping. Now for the bad news, In reference to this signal( gravitational wave) here is something to consider LIGO False positive; the problem is that the methods used to Extract the signal From a sea of noise and the interpretation of such a signal. First the signal amplitude is smaller then a atomic nuclei a it must be filtered out from a sea of noise, the methods used is highly dubious, because the investigator introduces a predetermined template comparator that may introduce a bias in these extractions (observations). Furthermore, the filtering processing requires a inordinate amount of data processor or data comparison in Searching for the predetermined signature of a chirps, which starts with a low and moves to a higher frequency, may also be the characteristics of many other natural phenomena, not related to gravity. There is also another problem, interpretation of the source, at is, to associate the Signal (chirps) with a Specific cosmic events (Gamma burst, x-ray emissions). *Cherry Picking* There are three natural relationships: similarity, contiguity and cause and effect. Of these, the causes and effects it is the most problematic where the narrative does not have a connecting principle, but instead it is artificially juxtaposed by the mind and not real. In other words, how many of these events could be associated artificially and are not real. How many of these events occur in the Universe and are ( RANA; “sitting in the can”*) accidentally and wrongly associated with a Black hole event. This is a problem that has not been answered beyond a shadow of a doubt. *This is a prediction; they will find these type of phenomena (chirps) are very common in the environment and are not related to black holes. It Is going to be the biggest debacle in Scientific history! Similar to the epicycles of the past.* * note: “Sitting in the can”; refer to the enormous Data collected, which is later searched for a particular signature (template).

You don't have to worry about unifying quantum physics with general relativity because there is no time and no space in a singularity. That means there is no quantum physics either.

Seekmosttoprophesy I personally don't know and I don't think anyone understands a singularity. That's why I would like the source of your claim, so I could look into it and learn.

phillip softley Everything will collapse into a singularity, according to the math. It is inevitable. The force of gravity exceeds every other force at or beyond the Schwarzschild radius.

Seekmosttoprophesy with current mathematics time and space (Space-time) move towards infinity. You claimed there is no space-time and we shouldn't worry about unification. Just link me to the source of your information so I can read it. Otherwise i'm going to assume you just made it up.

*The absurdity of a black hole* The astrophysicist are obsessed with the concept of collapse into this singularity With the zero volume, infinite density and infinite temperature and a-point singularity that rotates or spins. No explanations are given on how any Physics can occur in an place a point which has zero volume. Take for example temperature:what his temperature? Temperature is a measure of the average kinetic energy of the particles of a substance. The higher the temperature of an object, the higher is its kinetic energy. Kinetic energy is a type of energy associated with motion. ... Now the question; how is it possible to have particles with Kinetic energy in a zero volume space? This is never answered by the astrophysicist. This is the reason why they avoids the term “singularity” because it opens the absurdity of this enigma . In Conclusion these people are just storytellers Using incomplete mathematics. “As far as the laws of mathematics refer to reality, they are not certain; and as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality. “ so Said Einstein . en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravitational_singularity#/media/File%3ABlack_hole_details.svg
