Hi Bilal Bhai kya hal hein. mein thora sa logo ko confuse hone se bacha loon. koi negative baat nahi hay. sirf unko Knowledge de doon. Dear Bilal Bhai, I am a big fan of yours & I wish if you please read this comment, but I am afraid it gonna delete before reaching to you. I have some complaints regarding your store. One major issue is the lack of information about the warranty status of the products. In April, I purchased a Beme neckband from your store using a voucher discount, which brought the price down to Rs. 3199. After just two months, one side of the neckband stopped working. When I contacted the Saamaan helpline, I was informed that because I used the voucher on the 24-hour warranty option, my neckband is not eligible for the 6-month warranty. I was told that if I wanted the 6-month warranty, I should have selected the 6-month warranty tab, which would have cost Rs. 4000 after applying the voucher when I was buying. *In your video*, you mentioned that the voucher would reduce the product cost to Rs. 3199, which led me to believe that this price included the warranty. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and now I am stuck with a product that only has a 24-hour warranty. To make matters worse, I can't claim the official 6-month warranty because I didn't pay an additional Rs. 600 on the time of buying. This feels like a joke😢, and I am very disappointed that my money has been wasted. Moreover, none of the products on your store have a clear warranty claim system, and even most of the product you show on your videos does not offer warranty claims and which offers, your website shows you have to pay additional charges for the warranty. This is a significant waste of money and misguiding. I want to bring this to your attention so that your true customers do not face similar problems in the future. Please ensure that such crucial information is clearly described in your videos and on your website. Additionally, I have found it extremely difficult to get a response from your customer service team through email, helpline, or even WhatsApp. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements.
