People need to understand it's not their place to tell someone what they need to do and how should they manage their time and what they should do with their life, in general. Even if he quits chess tommorow and becomes a full time streamer, you're not entitled to any explanation and your opinion amounts to nothing. Don't like him enjoying his life? Move on!
