the service is not robust enough. it will have been nice if you could import your own subtitle file like srt or vtt, to ease the effort of editing hours and then get your voice/dub from it. another thing is there is no way to try it first to see if it works for you and it is so expensive at that. the best is still Maestrasuit for me though expensive a little but it get the job done, very simple and straight forward.
