Good idea! But if we want complete adaptation to this technology, I think we can build permanently using bricks, a 2 wall rectangular construction on ground (just like olden water tanks). Then we will get more space to keep fruits, vegetables, leaves, curd, milk, dosa batter. 4 ft X 2 ft X 3 ft height construction will be sufficient.
