It is really nice that there are people like you who are making presentations and putting it on youtube. It is hard to find sources about translation studies so i feel safe knowing that this youtube channel and anthony pym are here to provide these videos. Thank you very much! One thing i would like to say though is that these presentations could be made a little lighter. I don't know what the function of these presentations are, but if it is to present TS to the public or popularise it. a little lighter presentations would be very useful. There are readable sources that explain (for example equivalance) these theories already, and putting a person who is reading it from a screen, doesnt really achieve much. These subjects are hard to understand. We need materials that make it a little easier. Not less complicated, but more understandable. Giving examples, explaining what is said in the academic tongue, shortening the paragraphs in the screen and explaining these in a common folk language can be used as methods for achieving this easification of the academic material In the end, isnt the function of a presentation to present a work to the audience in a way that the audience is going to understand immediatelly? I REALLY appreciate as i have written in the beginning, what you are doing here. Keep up the good work and thank you very much!
