So a man and women have consensual sex. Then women file rape case against him. Then question is who lying then court Presume that men is lying. Yeh hai india . Yha premarital sex hi kyu nhi ban kr dete hain phir. So everyone is innocent until proven guilty ? No the answer is women is innocent and every men is declared criminal.
