Very well organised programme. As every Vidhwans mentioned this is the first step & praying for his future to become a very great Vidhwan. Dheerghaayushman bhava. Heartiest congratulations to Vidyut's parents. I listened to the katcheri sitting in my room from Chennai. I am a Bharathanatyam dancer from Kalakshetra headed by Smt.RukminimDevi Arundale during the early 1950 till mid 1960. The greatest Vidhwans were there starting from Tiger Sri Varadachariyar, Mysore Sri.Vasudevachar, Veenai Sambasiva Aiyyar, Budalur Sri.Krishnamurthy Sastry, Sri.Papanasam Sivan, Sri.M.D.Ramanathan, Turayur Sri.Rajagopala Sarma , my sammandi. Sri.D.Pasupthi, Sri.T.K.Ramswamy Ayyangar & Mylapore Gowri Amma who taught Padams & Jawalis for Bharathanatyam students other than than brilliant Samskruta Pandits Natyacharyars. I am really very happy to hear dear Vidyut's Sangeetha Arangetram. Arangam in Tamil is the stage & etram means first performance in Samskrutham it's Ranga pravesa. Thank you.
