i was an a1 skyraider crew chief with the 6 th sos at pleiku ab jan- dec 1969. went many times to holloway to borrow acft. cable tensioners for maintenance on our acfts. have good memories of holloways aviation guys.

My dad was stationed there around the same time you were. His best friend died in a helicopter crash, I think, on April 26, 1968 Specialist 5 William De Weese 402ND TRANS DET, 179TH ASHC, 52ND AVN BN, 17TH AVN GROUP, 1ST AVIATION BDE, USARV.
