■ HANOI, VIETNAM: Vietnam's capital is fast catching up to the other mega cities of South-East Asia like Bangkok, Manilla and Saigon in when it comes to economic growth. Case in point, the city's skyline is now littered with flashy new hotels sporting roof top terraces giving international tourists a taste of the high-life few of them could afford back home. (Myself included!)
Only having been modestly satisfied with the hotel I stayed in the last time I was in Hanoi, I decided to pay a little extra to see what you'd get in the 4 star hotel range.
Did O'Gallery Classy hotel & Spa downtown Hanoi live up to her promise? And how well do the locals speak English in Hanoi these days? That and more in this first video from Vietnam.

I went to a cafe in Saigon. They didn't sell beer. So a young chap working there took off on his scooter to buy some for us.. we paid by the can and at the end of the evening they gave us all the extra cans of Saigon special they hadn't sold us anyway... we paid around £4 for a 2 hour session.. was joyous. I do love Vietnamese people. Just watch for the cabbies.

Getting rid of the copyright music with text, was not only smart, but it showed the struggle youtubers go through to show real life situations. I was impresssed. Rather than cut the whole scene, you worked through it, didn't complain about it visually, and showed a way it can be done without being flagged for infringement. This is the world we live in now.. Where music producers do not see the value in organic advertisement of their music without the song being masked by interruptions, text, blackouts, etc. One day this won't happen anymore.. but thank you very much for still doing the scene, giving us segments of it happening, while still protecting yourself... Was very nice.

Love their use of dark wood. Makes things so wonderfully homey. Nothing like wood. They've found people on average are actually happier living in a wooden house.

I wonder how much of a better deal and experience he's getting because he's filming his experience on the hotel. Not a bad idea tbh.
