I hope rice will be used as rice flour in Japan. By the way, Mì Quang reminds me of Japanese Mazesoba. At my favorite ramen shop, a friendly Vietnamese part-time worker always makes Mazesoba for me.👍

Thank you for your comment! Japanese rice is of the highest quality, so it would be great if it were used more as rice flour for health reasons.
