@@richardflower7408 You must have been hit on Hill 65, about a month before I arrived. You must miss Hill 65, then. I was with Alpha's headquarters. The second platoon suffered KIAs trying to recover the 3rd platoon, which was beyond help for the better part of the day. Many KIAs were shot in the head overnight. Scared the hell out of me, my first operation, but for a couple small ambushes outside of Ben Hoa's base camp. Stay safe. I'll never recover from people voting a draft dodger into federal office, let alone the presidency, "draft-dodger in chief."
