🍜HỦ TIẾU NOODLES: Soak the rice and grind through a machine. Stir rice liquid. Spread liquid on a rolling mat and put through the steam machine. Cut the rice sheets into squares according to the size of the wooden sheets. Steam rice sheets and put them outdoors to dry. Cut sheets through a cutting machine.

🍜HỦ TIẾU: Boil the hu tieu noodles in the water for 5 minutes. Add liver, heart, pork meat cuts, intestines. Pour the meat sauce, add in sugar

🍜BÁNH TẰM: Soaked the rice and grind the rice into liquid. Put the liquid rice into the pot and boil it, stir continuously so it won't stick into the pot. After 20 minutes, it will reach into a thick doughy texture, take it out and knead it. Take a small portion of dough then place in the oil + honey on the board to add flavor and easier to roll it out. Roll into small strings and steam the noodles. After 20 minutes, the noodles are ready.

I just toured Vietnam a month ago and I must say Soni’s Vietnam food tour is one of the inspirations for my Vietnam tour. I started watching his channel when he was touring Vietnam for the first time five years ago. Since then I have been planning a tour to Vietnam which kept on getting delayed due to the Covid situation. I am glad I finally made it. I absolutely loved Vietnamese foods! I like to cook a bit of Vietnamese and Thai food, and I just pick up so many little tips and tricks just by osmosis when watching your shows! It almost seems like to food culture in Vietnam is so rich you'll never run out of new and exciting content...
