Your port of exit should be the same as specified in the visa application form but now a days the entry/exit ports are not specified in the evisa copy so I that should not cause any issues.

You need to check with the airlines in this case. It is not an issue if you fly from India on 23rd and arrive next day when your visa validity takes affect 24th because your official arrival date 24th post 00:00 AM. I had the similar case and I was flying with Indigo from Delhi and no one stopped me in India or in Vietnam. However, before drawing any conclusions, it's best to double-check with the airline you’re traveling with, as each airline may have different policies and information, making the situation somewhat unpredictable. But there is no problem at immigration's end.

Guys before you submit - please keep in mind that the vietnam government website is not exactly state of art High tech thing. Dates change automatically when form is edited/submitted. Passport image doesn't load at times. Application goes to amending status for no reason, says field has been left blank when all fields are filled. In one case a guy had his application go to amendment status 8 times before bieng approved. So if you only have a week or two better to go the route of a travel ageny, atlys or just visit Thailand. Avoid this nightmare 🙏
