I more around just take off the stock and grips and tape off anything I dont want painted

So I have one of these we tech m14s and it did not come with the correct flash suppressor. When I took off the wrong one I noticed that it would be pretty hard to get the real one on. So my over all question is did you put on an original flash suppressor or the one off of an airsoft website?

This was probably a question for Pepsi boi but it depends if you want original or reproduction, my kit is pretty basic, is mixed repro and og and was about 200 bucks

I'd say from my own experience, you can get a decent basic kit including web gear, uniform, boots and helmet/boonie hat for around 300 bucks.

I have a standard m1a 7.62 ×51 and I think you should buy a real one they are fun .

you said sanding takes hours, have you thought of using a chisel. thats what i do when i made my own replica m1 for a celebration hope this helps

I used a chisel for some parts of the stock but I was afraid that I would eventually split the wood, just took the easy route I guess

That stock isn’t original, you can tell by the stamping that it’s made for a modern hunting rifle.
