I feel you, but that's on you, guy. we don't "do" love in Asian families - it's partially assumed if you're lucky and the rest goes to the dog. but it's okay because dogs are objectively great and are less complicated than human kin, especially since the dog can't become a doctor/lawyer (yet) due to their species so they're formally excused :/
