That Banh Mi was "Banh Mi Thit Nuong", " Thit Nuong" means grilled meat ( usually pork ). If you like Bun Bo Hue, Bun Rieu Cua ( Bun noodles with Crab ) is the next dish you must try

this gives me so much nostalgia for Vietnam. Might be my favorite cuisine out of anywhere! Interesting point of how blood sausage is done completely differently depending on where you are, I'm not always a fan either. #Pho for days

When you finally make it to New Orleans I have a vietnamese place you HAVE to go to. Biggest American-Vietnamese population in America is in NOLA. AMAZING Banh Mi

I have been to anywhere in Vietnam, Bun Bo Hue is never my favorite, Pho is always better for me, they had like million type of Bahn Mi, but the one with BBQ meat on it is the best. The only food that i miss soo much in Vietnam is Bun Cha, oh i can eat Bun Cha every single day.
