In Vietnam, we dont put the sauce in the roll, we roll it and dip into the sauce. And “banh cuon” is the long white roll, and u can try it in the bowl with full “nuoc mam” sauce (fish sauce) and add more vegetables. I promise it is more delicious and tastier. This is the way to enjoy “banh cuon” of local people in Saigon

Delicious looking feast! I love Vietnamese food because it’s super yummy yet also is often very, very healthy and light.. Shrimp spring rolls are a definite favorite appetizer of mine, too.. I do love eating them with the thick peanut sauce, but sweet and sour sauce also complements them very nicely.. 😋😋😋😋

Pro tip: try eating pho as soon as it’s made because the noodles will get soggy and have a weird texture if you leave it out. Eating it fresh will ensure a springy and bouncy noodles that are amazing! ❤

I come in this beautiful woman who has an eclectic food palette and she is willing to try any type of food whether it’s savory or sweet and her table manners are impeccable, the expressions on her face as she is eating the food is so inviting to watch as she enjoys the food.
