Do you recommend purchsing a good cleaver at a asain store or online. What cleavers do you recommend for cutting meat or through bone and which one do you recommend for cutting vegetables and fruit.

I think both options work. I bought mine at an Asian supermarket since you can see it in person and test out the grip and weight. I am sure there are good ones on Amazon as well. Hope that helps!

I wonder how this would work in the oven as I don't have an air fryer and I cook 10 lb of chicken at a time I still have a 17 and 19 year old boys at home and they eat like a football team 😂 i like the idea though I'll have to try it

You can use your oven to bake and broil them! While I did use an air fryer oven, I didn’t air fry the chicken, I used the bake and broil functions. Hope your football team enjoys them 😋 🏈
