Vietnamese traditional cake
Ingredient:
400g ready-made beef cake flour
5g Dry Yeast (comes with the powder package)
360ml Warm water 40 degrees (of which 330ml for kneading dough and 30ml warm water to activate yeast)
1 teaspoon Sugar (activate yeast)
500ml Filtered water
300g Sugar (about 15 tablespoons)
1/3 teaspoon Salt
50ml Pandan leaf juice (To create green color)
50ml Fresh Milk (To create white color)
2 tubes of Vanilla (to remove the odor of the powder)
Coconut milk part
400ml condensed coconut milk
300ml frozen coconut milk
50g - 60g Sugar
1.5 tablespoons Tapioca starch
2 tablespoons Filtered water
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 little pandan leaves
