All those models with the switch housing have the rolled up metal blades, at least that I've seen and have.. They sold at Builders Square hardware chain from 1985-1988, and most likely other store chains.. Rotor not set right with the stator.. Giving it a slight wack on one side of the top of the motor using a rubber mallot and a piece of cloth so you don't ruin the finish may do the trick.. May have to try multiple times on a different side of the motor.. Bearing noise may be able to be fixed by using contact cleaner on top upright and the bottom upside down followed by WD40 Minutes later and then oil... Before I would try any of these attempts I would let the fan run on high speed for a week...
