We can make this problem even simpler by checking blind writes, if there are no blind write then we can directly conclude that the schedule is not view serializable, if there are blind write then only we can proceed your way

In update read, we consider those reads except the initial reads. So for y update read should have T3,T1 only not T3,T2,T1 . Also no update read is there for z.

Yes, that is why I have written T3 in update cell for Y. But, since T1 writes its finally so only T1 is written in final update. Hope it is clear 😊

Maam your definition of initial read is incorrect. It does not have to be before a write condition to the same data. So initial read for x is T2, for y is T2 and for z is T2

its not initial read, there is another transaction write before that read which makes it not initial read
