One of my favorite Project Sekai choreographies is Bitter Choco Decoration. Unfortunately, a lot of the charm of it is having five people doing the dance all together, especially at a couple points where they all do the same move but like one beat apart to give a sort of wave effect, so I don't know if reducing it down to a one-person dance would have the same effect.
