As always, excellent information Kevin, thank you! Some of the agencies I work with will present their projects to a focus group. The same can be achieved by simply showing your video to a few people you know in your target audience, then listening to their comments. This can be an invaluable tool when it comes to refining any project, and it will help train you to shift your viewpoint for future projects aimed at a similar demographic. Note-by leaving comments, we are Kevins focus group. He reads, summarizes and adjusts his future videos accordingly.

You need to know your audience, otherwise you will end up with the best movie, which could make a positive impact to the peoples minds, but nobody will watch it. Message of the video or movie is one thing, and the way you present it to the audience is a separate thing.

@@Mr_G I absolutely agree regarding what you said about presentation but the problem is nowadays Hollywood movies are made based on focus groups and think tank opinions, not to push the sky away as Wilder, and Hitchcock did (Kubrick saw the new paradigm and escaped).

@@HoldenSmith100 Yes, every tool or knowledge in film industry can be used to make better end result, but opposite is also true, then we get what we get at the end.
