Magic carpet serves as boarding for tenders at ports that you have that. It is so stable & easy to use compared to the usual way of getting on tenders. It also can make the specialty dining spaces on that side of the ship an extension for outside dining.

Odyssey has more fun activities to do, like flowrider, simulated sky diving, and bumper cars. Ascent doesn’t have those things but it’s more luxurious and has better quality food.

On iPhone, when your phone is on airplane mode but Wi-Fi is turned on, you can still send SMS to android users and make any phone calls you want as long as you have Wi-Fi assist turned on. This is definitely the case on iPhone and I think works on Android as well.

that’s a good question. we always get the flu shots and boosters. we wash our hands often and always sanitize before touching our food. surprisingly we’ve only caught something on one out of all the cruises we’ve been on.

Dinnertime question: our first cruise stops in ports Port Canaveral, Coco Cay, and Nassau? Of course we will take advantage of Coco Cay, but what would you recommend as first timers to do/see in Nassau? Also, we are huge Disney fans and haven’t been back there since 2018 and thought about doing the shuttle excursion - but instead of doing a park just doing a few hours at the Monorail resorts to get a dose of Disney.
