I did this recipe but substituted with some tomatillos, jalepeno, and poblano. I roasted the poblanos, skinned and cut them and it turned out delicious! Thanks for the inspiration!

Yes! I recently tried this recipe and my husband and I absolutely loved it! ❤ I’m Mexican American born and raised in NYC but now live in the UK. I miss my parents cooking so much. Although my parents are from Puebla, certain dishes are prepared differently to other regions of Mexico but thanks to your channel, I am learning how to cook dishes that I’ve never tried growing up.
