Made the salsa tonight to serve with chicken tacos….it was a hit. A few modifications to the salsa…. My tomatillos left a lot to be desired…they were the size of marbles so I roasted them and added them all to the blender. Don’t go light on the cilantro!!! It really makes the salsa!

mamma mia me salio riquisima!!!! I didn't had tomatillos so I used normal tomatoes and 2 limes, def control how much lime juice u add cuz it can be a bit too sour but I personally love everything sour 😅 Tip: if you have canned or frozen corn you can put it in a pan with a bit of salt and roast it to give it that smoked flavor. Now is cucumber & squash/zucchini season and I get overwhelmed cuz idk what to do with so many vegetables hahaha so this cucumber recipe was my savior today 🥰 I also made puré de calabacín 😅 Thanks for sharing your cuisine secrets with us 🥰

I grew two cucumber plants in my garden this year and we were still over ran with cumbers this was the perfect recipe to use up a few at once and it was Sooooo tasty. I did try it with dortitos personally could have lived without it. For me I'll just stick to tortilla chips but make it comfortable for your home 🥰. I also used jalapeños from my garden verses the serrano pepper and it was perfect!!! Thank you for the recipe. Definitely a keeper!
