Ingredients
Oil
Telera or choice of similar bread
7 guajillo chiles (remove stem and seeds)
1/2 medium onion
3 garlic cloves
1/4 chicken broth or 1/4 cup warm water + 1 Tsp chicken bouillon of choice
8 Oz of chorizo
1 large potato
Salt to taste (for chorizo potato)
Filling- Lettuce, salsa verde, Mexican cream, queso fresco, or choice of cheese such as cotija
*for a spicy sauce- add 4 chiles de árbol to your sauce blend

Yes so we actually do them different. We do soak them Really quick and put on a pan to get them toasted. And we slather refríes beans on one side. I felt like that’s what this was missing I was so surprised lol not bad surprised! we do the beans and them avocado some put tomatoes, and then the chorizo and papa and lettuce and cheese and salsa Thank you 🙏

Hi I'm from Mexico City, I live in Los Angeles Ca for the las 30 years, and Pambazos is of my favorites Garnachas, That's how we call all the street food, for the bread, if you live in Los Angeles you can buy in any Guatemalan bakery, they call them Pirujos, or Salvadorian bakery,they call them Pan Frances.
