Talagang maganda ang Vigan. Compared in the 70's up to the 90's nong college days ko. I went back in 2015 for vacation and was surprised laking pinagbago. I usually stay at Hotel Luna during my stay .

Hi po..During our travel dinala po namin mga vaccination cards namin kase baka nga po merong maginspect pero wala po namang nagcheck. During one of the checkpoints,tinanong lang po kami kung saan kami sa Ilocos.papunta and we answered Vigan and they let us in. Hi po. There were some checkpoints papuntang Vigan na madadaanan nyo but they will only ask kung san papunta and hotel reservations if there is any. Hindi na po gaanong mahigpit.
